This years honey is  amber in color,  floral with a pleasant herbal overtone.

Our honey is  produced from local New Jersey wildflowers. The  honey varies from year to year depending on which flowers produce most of nectar the honey bees collect. Our honey is raw. No heating is used in processing. The honey is minimally filtered to remove bits of wax, but still retains trace particles of pollen and propolis.
