This years honey is amber in color,  floral with a pleasant herbal overtone.

Some prefer the convenience of a squeeze bottle and the novelty of the cute honey bear. This convenient bottle contains the same  raw local New Jersey honey as our 1 lb jar. No heating is used in processing. The honey is minimally filtered to remove bits of wax, but still retains trace particles of pollen and propolis.
